The brothers Rolf and Troels Ringborg has been known for their juicy pulled pork sandwiches – with buns turned and roasted in clarified butter, coleslaw and pickled Danish free-range pork roasted in the smoke oven for 16 hours. You can also sink your teeth into a delicious pork roast – sandwich, also made with Danish free-range meat.

In addition, the boys have a passion for chili. Alongside Copenhagen Hot Sauce Company, they make a yellow habanero mango hot sauce.
